Assist Process Engineers in monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving production processes on the shop floor.
Perform line setup, process verification, and first article inspection to ensure production readiness.
Support root cause analysis for process-related issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Conduct daily checks on process parameters and maintain process control records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in yield, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain proper documentation for process control, SOPs, and work instructions.
Provide technical support during new product introduction (NPI) and process validation.
Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an EMS or high-volume manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with SMT, PCBA, or assembly processes is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Willing to work in shift-based operations and a fast-moving environment.
Fresh graduates with strong technical background are encouraged to apply.
