Job Description

Manage ERP/MES configuration, user access, and system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with IT or vendors. Support production and engineering teams in job orders, WIP tracking, and documentation. Ensure accurate real-time data collection and reporting from shop floor systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data integration and reporting. Develop workflows, forms, and automated reports to enhance efficiency. Assist in system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations. Train and support users on ERP/MES usage and best practices. Maintain documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure system reliability, backups, and data security. Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
