Job Description

\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop part assembly process flow and determine process control spec. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform DFAM during new product development in order to make production jobs simpler and more effective. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform machine/ equipment/tester setup for production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide Technical support to production if any issue or error found during machining. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor all processes with the goal of resolving any issues as efficiently as possible, reducing downtime \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing technical support to production, work on process improvement in order to improve productivity and production efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist on layout setup and utility preparation for installation of new machine/ equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Study and consider the safety risk for the tools, machine/ equipment and take necessary action or precaution to ensure the user can work safely with the tools, machine/ equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration with scheduled frequency to keep the machine/ equipment/ tester running effectively and appropriately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Periodically review and analyze the equipment stoppage and down time, and PM calibration frequency of the equipment to ensure effective prevention of equipment failure or faults from occurring during operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor in house machine/ equipment\xe2\x80\x99s spare parts inventory and raise PR to order spare parts when needed to ensure smooth production. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the compliance to 5S, maintain the facility clean, safe and organized \xe2\x80\xa2 Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other tasks deemed necessary and assigned by superior.
