Manufacture wire harness product with the assistance of manual equipment based on product drawing.
Conduct, Prepare and make assembly board layout (Final board, clamp board) for new models
Prepare sub-assembly board and Compact Point Guide (CPG) for new models
Ensure timely completion of team's deliverable for each work package.
Facilitate to reduce escalated technical issues during the development and production trials of the new models.
Maintain all assembly board and its equipment in a good shape to ensure it is ready for production use.
Setup new line production for up coming project including wiring
Doing preventive maintenance monthly
Production line troubleshooting
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
MUST have at least 1 ~ 2year relevant experience in Machining /Facility or handling fully automation machine and troubleshooting, preferably in the manufacturing of wire harness industry.
