1. Coordinate and liaise with relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies such as PEKEMA, MITI, PUSPAKOM, JPJ, and Kastam for matters related to license applications, renewals, vehicle documentation, and compliance with import/export regulations.
2. Coordinate with banks on matters related to vehicle loans, documentation, and other administrative requirements.
3. To do calculations regarding vehicles' matters such as cost of buying car (templates are provided)
4. Communicate with overseas car vendors regarding pricing, vehicle specifications, and shipment arrangements.
5. Handle documentation and coordination for vehicle deliveries and customs clearance, ensuring smooth and compliant processes.
6. Prepare and manage documents related to vehicle sales to customers, including agreements, invoices, and relevant regulatory submissions.
7. Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as required to support daily office operations.
