Job Description




Our Client is within the financial institutions industry. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our Client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Procurement Administration Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provision of procurement secretariat and administrative services to the organization.
  • Leadership of operational procurements to ensure seamless processes.
  • Cultivation and maintenance of strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Collaboration and coordination across various departments to review procurement-related information.
  • Assistance to the Management in overseeing the efficiency and efficacy of procurement affairs. Periodic review of pertinent policies, processes, human resources, and systems requirements.
  • Supervision of record management in compliance with established policies and procedures. Regular review and update of relevant policies and procedures in accordance with established cycles or as necessitated.
  • Support of Management in the identification and management of procurement-related risks. Collaboration with the Procurement Advisory and Control function.
  • Development, coaching, and mentoring of both direct and indirect reports.
Job Requirements
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of eight years of professional experience in roles encompassing Management, procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, logistics, or finance functions.
  • At least two years of experience in supervisory capacities within the aforementioned functions.
  • Proficiency in procurement, purchasing, and office administration functions.
  • Competency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems.
  • Additional advantage: Experience or qualification in project management.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly concerning big data and information.
  • Knowledge of risk management and internal control practices.
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
