Job Description


Position Title: Procurement Assistant Contract Duration: 9 months Salary: RM2,400 + Entitled to OT payment Working Location: Menara Maxis, 58000 Kuala Lumpur Working Hours: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm :

  • Assist in tendering process.
  • Assist in vendor registration process and vendor database.
  • Ensure all procurement process adhere to company\'s Procurement, Policy and Procedure Manual.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or any relevant field/discipline.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Contract Management will be an added advantage.
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
  • Candidates that can join immediately are a plus.
