About the job Procurement Assistant Responsibilities
Provides administrative and operational support in the procurement process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services.
Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documents.
Assist in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and communication.
Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with procedures.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Support reporting and documentation of procurement activities.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years. Preference for candidates with Oil & Gas industry experience.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Familiarity with procurement systems is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
