About the job Procurement Assistant
Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and operational support in the procurement process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documents.
  • Assist in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and communication.
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Support reporting and documentation of procurement activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years. Preference for candidates with Oil & Gas industry experience.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
