• Assist in generating and processing purchase orders, as well as monitoring order status.
• Maintain updated list of credible suppliers, communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery terms.
• Conduct product research and cost analysis, highlight opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure adherence to the company\'s purchasing policies and procedures.
• Stay informed about market standards, trends, and compliance regulations relevant to the industry.
• Handle returns of faulty products or address issues with orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers for warranty claims or replacements.
• Assist with procurement document maintenance, administrative duties and reporting.
• To positively contribute to team working in the company.
• To execute additional assignments) or tasks) from time to time as agreed and/or instructed by direct superior.

We are looking for someone who possesses:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Prior experience in purchasing or a related role is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
