ROLE AND FUNCTIONS
Planning, coordination and responsible of the purchasing area for incoming and outgoing merchandise and reordering materials efficiently, on time, within budget and to meet the standard of quality level required.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying the organisations purchasing needs, with major focus on indirect material required by maintenance, production and other departments.
Analyse market trends and apply this knowledge to make buy / repair / Rent strategy
Support the development of indirect purchase strategy with definition of a panel of qualified supplier for the key categories.
Liase with suppliers - Local and overseas
Purchasing report updates in Server monthly by the 1st week of each month
Overall management of Raw Material Stock and Inventory Management, with major focus on spare parts management
To monitor staff daily updates in the Pronto system
Issue Purchase Orders / Purchase Reqiustuion follow material requirements and monitor Supplier order confirmation, on time shipment, oversea transit and receiving
Support import process for what concern thridh parties port inspections
To look for alternative and new suppliers and price evaluations, request and update quotations from suppliers.
Monthly Stock Take preparation and to monitor stock adjustments and usage levels by the 3rd of each month.
To manage and train sub-ordinates.
To Manage fleet equipments (es forklft/sweeper machine) leased or owned by the company
To adhere to all company policies and Quality Management system.
Any other job instruction by Management in relation to your job function
To follow or to adhere all procedures related to the Company's EMS Policies in-line with ISO14001:2015 policies

3+ year experience in indirect procurement of miscellaneous goods and servicesPreferable experience on one or more of the below relevant categories:
Facility management ( electrical installation, metal/concrete construction job)
Mechanical custom part with understanding of mechanical drawing and production processes ( machining: drilling, milling, turning, grinding etc/metal stamping, plating, heat treatment)
Technical spare parts ( Motors, inverters, pumps, PLC, sensors, compressors, lifting equipment etc)
