Job Description


1. NAV administration and information update which includes but not limited to Price Change Request, new item creation request, item maintenance. 2. Follow up on quotations enquiry and compilations for price comparison. 3. Compilation and updating of documentations for stock receipt, stock transfer and stock count. 4. Prompt update on stock transfer documents and follow up to resolve untallied stock enquiry. 5. Compilation of warehouse vendor invoices for submission to finance for payment purpose. 6. Assist in Month End Inventory Stock Count for all divisions. 7. Assist in warehouse stock packing as and when needed. 8. To summaries or provide compilation pertaining to stock movement to management as and when needed. 9. Other tasks as and when assigned by superiors. Additional Expectations: 1. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers and members of the general public. 2. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work, patients record, etc. 3. Undertake training as required. 4. Actively support all company policy rules and procedures, as stated in Company\'s Handbook, including Safety and Health. 5. Undertake any reasonable task as requested by immediate superior or of higher level of authority and carry out any other duties necessary to ensure the proper performance of the title of the post and its grading. 6. Carry out any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time to assist in the smooth running of the organization.
