Assist in sourcing and purchasing products and materials
Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and promptly
Handle customer enquiries on product details and order status via phone and email
Prepare and send quotations to customers
Coordinate with customers on stock availability, delivery arrangements, and follow-ups
Generate purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods
Assist in inspecting incoming and outgoing stock for accuracy and quality
Follow up on outstanding customer payments through emails and calls
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Experience with Taobao and communication with China-based suppliers is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
