\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate vendor\xe2\x80\x99s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project \xe2\x80\xa2 Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions \xef\x81\xb6 In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned \xe2\x80\xa2 Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Send them to the suppliers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review inventories and order as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review deliveries against the orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track the status of any orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce and maintain all reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage any procurement activities including RFP\xe2\x80\x99s (Request for Proposals).
