Responsible for procurement of project materials, equipment, and subcontracting services in line with project schedules.
Prepare material requisitions, inquiries, quotations comparison, and cost analysis.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain qualified vendors to ensure product quality and cost efficiency.
Review quotations and commercial terms, and assist in supplier negotiations and contract finalization.
Track order delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics and warehouse for receipt and documentation.
Work closely with Finance and Warehouse teams for invoice verification and payment processing.
Prepare regular procurement reports and supplier performance evaluations.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, safety, and compliance standards.
Job Qualification:
Diploma or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields.
Experience in project procurement, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor sourcing, and procurement processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and good at documentation and cost analysis.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
