Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, technical and commercial proposals for client inquiries.
Review specifications and scope of work to ensure compliance and cost accuracy.
Source and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors for materials and services.
Coordinate with workshop, engineering, and finance teams to support project execution.
Maintain vendor and client databases for future bidding activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in proposal, tendering, or procurement functions.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Familiar with rotating equipment components, services, or MRO industry preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
