Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Knowledge of SAP / Oracle / Other Legacy ERP Applications
• Japanese Speaker Needed.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.

• Conduct PR based Negotiations with Suppliers and deliver Hard / Soft Savings through Price & Payment Terms improvements
• Support PO Compliance to Contracts on Pricing, Payment Terms & Key Contract Clauses
• Support Category Support teams on Procurement Transformation Initiatives
• Improvement of Process Efficiencies
• Help to drive Six Sigma / Lean projects for Continuous Improvements in Procurement / Sourcing processes
• Create and maintain Contract templates
• Coordinate with all user groups to make necessary changes relating to contracts in the Contracts Management tool
• Initiate and co-ordinate with user and for contract authoring.
• Upload contract details and contract scanned copies on the contract management tool.
• Monitor approval workflow process and expedite if necessary
• Prepare document pack for vendor and forward if requested.
• Monitor vendor sign off and archive signed document.
