Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
Identify, evaluate, and secure the materials, equipment, and services needed to support the company's operations.
Review and assess supplier performance and capabilities to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
Solicit, examine, and compare quotations, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to obtain the best overall value.
Supplier Management
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service levels.
Contract & Pricing Management
Assist in negotiating and managing contracts, agreements, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and industry benchmarks to secure competitive rates for the company.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of essential items.
Plan and manage logistics for local and international deliveries, including shipment arrangements, documentation, and compliance with customs or transport requirements.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards (e.g., ISO, safety, legal).
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, purchase orders, and documentation for audit, reporting, and traceability.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with operational, finance, administrative, and technical teams to understand requirements and align procurement activities accordingly.
Support project or organizational planning by ensuring required items or services are available according to timelines and operational needs.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
0-2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel; ERP systems) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under supervision.
Willingness to support project operations and liaise with vendors.
