We are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented, thorough, and organized candidate to join our team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Handle purchase orders and delivery orders.
Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements.
Handle inbound and outbound inventory, including physical management and organization of devices.
Update and maintain weekly/monthly records of inventory and warehouse stock.
Assist with import and export shipments.
Manage RMA requests and maintain updated records.
Manage ISP (Internet Service Provider) activities, including applications, upgrades, and terminations.
Handle vendor registration.
Assist in office administration activities such as purchasing.
Perform duties as assigned by superiors/management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Responsible, proactive, polite, and possessing a pleasant personality.
Highly detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and multitask effectively.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Education and Experience:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
