Job Type: Permanent : To assist procurement division and implement strategies plans as well establish supplier relationship which includes price negotiation, planning, production, inventory control and quality control. Besides that, it is also responsible to evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to plan budgets; To manage Procurement daily tasks and all approved purchases fall within budget guidelines are cost-efficient and of high quality deliverables within stipulated time frame; Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualifications, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of tender and contract management; Identify common of frequent sourcing activities and implement of strategy to convert into long term agreements and achieve a value creation; Liaising with the respective HOS to determine their needs on specific product or service and ensure sourcing being carried out within a specific time frame; Develop strong relationships with Business stakeholder and strategic supply partners to improve business. Ensure sourcing and pricing are done continuously and simultaneously create a vendor database as part of check and balance against existing suppliers (6months) as part of widening the sourcing options; Carry out procurement activity by preparing specification for new contracts/tenders as well paperwork for renewal on parts supplying and services base vendors, ensure sourcing for alternate parts are done continuously especially on parts related to global price determination and identify on frequent request services and to coordinate for conversion to contract through RFQ/tender process. This will ensure cost management at all given times and ensure the company obtained the best pricing structure at any given time; Create SOPs policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation; Identify areas of improvement to continually drive performance and business results; Managing contractors by gauging their performance on all services provided to User Dept against LAD implementation, implementing vendor performance gauge system by value buy and delivery time and conducting periodic review of supplier\'s performance in terms of price and delivery in order to maximize returns and performance; To issue LOA to all successful tender or bidding and thereafter monitor the implementation/completion of the Project together with Project Engineer; To liaise with all departments and compile for the approved CAPEX Budget and monitor the implementation.
