Design and implement efficient archiving and retrieval protocols for critical documentation. Administrative Duties: Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO\'s leadership, including special projects, complex document production, report generation, and travel arrangements. Serve as a \'barometer,\' staying informed of environmental issues, anticipating CEO\'s needs, and maintaining open communication with department heads. Information Systems Management: Manage information systems operations, hardware, software, and strategic systems development, providing leadership to meet the organization\'s information needs. Corporate Affairs and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for Top Management in engaging with internal and external parties. Manage corporate communication and affairs, including report writing, presentation preparation, and document management. ERP System Usage: Utilize the RAMCO ERP system for various administrative and operational activities. Travel and Site Visits: Be available for travel and site visits as required. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Perform any other duties as required and assigned. Others Conduct all necessary duties to ensure that the annual objectives set by the Management is achieved; To perform any other duties and tasks that are assigned by the management.
