Job Description

To involve in supplier management that includes sourcing, selection, negotiation, contracting and new supplier registration process. Purchase requirements fulfilment including demand planning, monitor deliveries and oversee all purchasing activities. Works closely with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries of purchased goods. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on material delivery and availability planning. Maintaining item and vendor data integrity in SAP System. Generating reports as required for purchasing related activities. Review inventory levels with Supply chain manager and propose stocking levels. Proactive identification for cost savings and risk management through alternative suppliers appointment, price negotiations and to improve credit facilities with suppliers. Conduct suppliers' performance reviews to ensure competitive offers and quality products delivered are in accordance to GF standards. Assist in ISO audit and yearly Supplier Performance Review.
Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher education in any field. At least 3 year working experience in related field especially in manufacturing industry environment is required for this position. Able to work independently and self-motivated. Possess strong negotiation and communication skill. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers. Possess positive working aggressive, hardworking, responsibility, good interpersonal and skills. Have a great sense of urgency and able to handle multi-tasks under pressure. Experience and Knowledge with SAP System and strong command of MS Excel for data analysis Team player with strong communication skills. Proactive attitude and able to multi-task.
