You\'ll be at the forefront of strategic sourcing initiatives, leveraging your expertise to optimize our supply chain and foster strong relationships with vendors. In this position, you\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement innovative procurement solutions. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and in this role, you\'ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations while advancing your career in a dynamic, supportive environment.Leads sourcing activities for Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore covering a variety of facility maintenance services. This includes vendor sourcing, carrying out RFI\'s, tenders and establishing contracts as per the established procurement process and systems.Develops the yearly sourcing strategy and drive the implementation to achieve the desired cost savings.Builds and maintains an Approved Vendor List covering all service scopes for the geography covered utilizing the Supplier Pre-Qualification process.Supports the management of the supply chain by ensuring suppliers are in compliance with the Supply Chain Control Program (SCCP) requirements, within the assigned country / region. The SCCP program forms a critical component of the vendor management system.Provides support to the operation teams on supply chain issues. Takes an active role in achieving effective resolutions.Drives the vendor performance evaluation via scheduled surveys and participates actively in Quarterly Business Reviews with key vendors. At the same time, the incumbent is expected to build relationships with key stakeholders.Maintains vendor database and contract repository ensuring accurate and updated information is available.SkillsHas good knowledge in procurement processesGood inter-personal, organizational skills and strong project management abilityGood communication skills both written and oral.
