Primary Focus: Operational procurement and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability
Negotiate terms including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment conditions.
Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company needs.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain procurement records and ensure documentation accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
Attention to detail and time management.
Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
