Job Description

i. to source for price comparisons and negotiate for the best price with vendors.

ii. generate invoice, DO & vendor PO using SQL.

iii. tabulate commission claim for sales team members.

iv. daily monitor of client payment and check with client on payout date for outstanding payment.

v. monthly update director on debtor aging.

vi. monitor client subscriptions renewal dates and remind sales team for renewals.

vii. monitor procurement process from placing order to arranging delivery of products (hardware & software)

viii. liaise with Finance dept for payment to vendor.

ix. You will be responsible in generating debtor statement and email out to related parties.

x. You will be required to key in transaction into accounting systems.

xi. You will be working closely with Account Manager to assist in account receivable and payable, as well as to assist on general paperwork, documentation, and filing.

xii. You will be responsible in handling all incoming and outgoing calls, mails, and courier consignment.

xiii. You are required to perform clerical duties & general office administration.

xiv. We need you to follow up and report to superior on urgent matters and issues raised on day-to-day operations as well as to perform any other duties or ad hoc matters as and when required.

xv. You will be required to undertake any other duties as assigned by superior and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
