To liaise with various departments for purchase requirement and ensure proper preparation of tender documents for invitations
Compile, verify, evaluate data and do clarification on specification with suppliers
Create Purchase Requisition whenever necessary
Prepare Award Letters and Purchase Orders to allocated supplier upon tender approved
Coordinate import permits with suppliers and Regional Office in Sabah where necessary
Monitor and assist in fuel storage permit renewal
Ensure timely delivery of products and services
Others
Update Procurement Guideline whenever there is item obsoleted / end of life
Conduct Anti Bribery & Corruption (ABCS) due diligence evaluation and review towards new vendors prior start purchase as per company policy
Material Master Management in various systems
Complete ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned
Support in issues related to products quality and submit claims (replacement) where necessary
Follow up on payment status
Requirement:
A recognized Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required
Possess good interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work independently
