Handle daily procurement tasks: checking, receiving, recording, and preparing payment instructions.
Conduct monthly stock takes and oversee stock issuance, ordering, and wastage updates.
Verify procurement records, supplier invoices, and maintain accurate documentation.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), purchase summaries, and weekly/monthly procurement reports.
Liaise with suppliers on orders, delivery issues, product quality, and price negotiations.
Conduct market price surveys, source suppliers, and prepare quotation comparisons.
Maintain updated supplier and product listings.
Support maintenance-related purchases and ensure proper tagging and tracking of assets.
Keep maintenance records, servicing histories, and reports up to date.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or inventory management (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory systems.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
