Job Description
Opportunity to work with a supportive team in a rapidly growing organisation.
The Procurement Executive will be the in charge of the overall end to end procurement activities. This person will be working closely with the commercial and operations team to help drive growth of the company. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:
- To ensure Procurement end to end activities processes is applied accordingly.
- Oversee the project requirements and ensure on time delivery
- Practice vendor management and constant follow up
- Prepare all required document for tender and quotes.
- Work closely with internal team (commercial, operations)
- Does cost and price comparison for existing or new suppliers
- Ensuring the documents are recorded well to capture all activities.
- Monitor logistic activities with delivery and warehouse team.
- To oversee the import duty and sales tax exemption for imported goods.
- At least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain or any related field
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Understand mandarin would be an added advantage
- At least 3 years of working experience in procurement
- Having construction project knowledge will be and added advantage
