- Accountable for overall procurement, warehouse and logistics operations including source supplier, negotiate price, inventory management, delivery/stock out of all core equipment and components, and assets
- Sourcing and purchasing material on a quality/ cost comparison basis for overall operation.
- Manage all companies assets and equipment including in local warehouse and deployed equipment at sites
- Handle and monitor all shipments including shipments to and from suppliers (overseas and local), sites and clients as required
- Maintain high standard of warehouse housekeeping supporting a lean work environment
- Monitor overall equipment and component usages and create periodic reports to advice and support equipment/component replenishing requests
- Monitor and keep track of all loaned equipment from suppliers including arrange pickup and delivery to/from supplier
- Handle and manage customs clearances of all import purchases
- Any ad-hoc task as require
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer science or related field.

Candidate who able to speak Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers & customers.
- Proven
experience in warehouse/logistics
operations or similar role.
- Proficient in MS office and data management software (e.g. ERP).
- Familiarity with
logistics operations and international shipping
including customs clearance.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Outstanding writing skills, with experience communicating with a range of audiences.
- Strong drive for excellence and self-development.
