Job Description

Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.

Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance with specifications.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.

Plan, coordinate and oversee projects from inception to completion.

Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans.

Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Analyze cost structure and identify cost saving opportunities in the supply chain.

Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement and project costs without compromising quality.

Requirement(s):-

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Foster strong relationship with internal and external partners. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in sourcing and project execution. Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency in written and spoken mandarin. Ability to negotiate and influence suppliers and stakeholders effectively. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse management or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required skill(s): ERP/ Computer literate & proficient in MS Excel (Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantages). Willing to travel or outstation when required. Willing to work at Serendah Rawang Selangor
