Job Description

Job Summary:



Responsible for procurement and management of new car purchases and accessories installation, including vendor sourcing, quotation and costing preparation, loan applications, payment processing, and documentation. Coordinate vehicle registration and permits, respond to Sales Team quotation requests, and handle correspondence and operational issues efficiently.

Manage the new car purchase process and accessories installation, including vendor sourcing and selection, obtaining quotations, price negotiation and comparison, loan application, payment processing, and related documentation. Attend and respond to quotation requests from the Sales Team in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia for both automotive and non-automotive products related to car leasing/rental, and prepare costing proposals. Handle and process orders for new cars and accessories installation. Prepare quotations and costing proposals, including supplier sourcing, vendor quotation collection, price comparison, and costing sheet preparation. Coordinate vehicle registration and permit applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and updated. Manage loan applications by obtaining quotations from banks, negotiating rates, and processing necessary documentation. Prepare relevant loan documents, including related letters, quotations, redemption, and authorization letters; maintain and update records in the system and requisition listings, including CarPro PO & Manual PO Lists, Quotation/Vendor lists, Hire Purchase loan records, car orders, payment status. Handle correspondence, including emails and calls, manage payment processes, and resolve any operational issues efficiently.

Requirements:



At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, costing, or marketing, particularly in the automotive or car leasing sector. Knowledge of car leasing, new car purchase processes, accessories installation, and Hire Purchase loan procedures is an advantage. Computer skill (Microsoft Mail, Excel, Words & Power Point)

Strong analytical and calculation skills;

familiarity with the CarPro system is an added advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills - able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Good in Negotiation, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Manual Multitasking. Positive attitude, responsible, and proactive in completing assigned tasks. Working Location: Segambut Industrial Area, Mayflower Car Rental (Complimentary employee shuttle service to and from work)
