- Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Warehouse field.
- At least 2 years experiences in procurement/ purchasing/ logistics.
- Able to speak 3 languages (Mandarin, English, Malaysia)
- Own transport
- Conduct sourcing activities for lead time & cost efficiency
- Pro-active participate and lead conference call with Division when required
- Implement and maintain departmental SOP aligned with ISO standards
- Draft out new process flow and propose to superior for final approval
- Access team member KPI and work with superior for continues improvement action plan
- Orchestrates overall process improvements for logistics, packing issue, short supply & etc to ensure smooth operations.
- Support decision making in invoice disputes PPI monthly forecast to ASEAN
- Asses risk report figures and lead to minimize risk gaps which contributes to sales.
