Procurement \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare PO, Invoice & DO. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compare previous and current cost when received PR submission from sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures that a PO is created correctly, follows up any issues related to PO creation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine the lowest cost for products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and record orders, check stock delivery (ETA). \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist vendor registration, company registration through website or manual & assist tender information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Escalation of complex issues to Procurement Leader and HOD. Admin & Finance \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in daily & routine operations and activities of account department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to assist in daily account data entry and handle daily accounting activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all the general issues are properly maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle and monitors the processing of financial, accounting and general transactions, acts as resource person and resolve problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and maintain a proper documentation of transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support overall administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform ad hoc duties that assigned by the superior from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to meet work dateline and complete tasks on time. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicant must be Malaysian or Malaysia Permanent Resident. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh Graduates with Good Academic Results are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills are required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, will to learn, initiative and able to work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur (Near Ampang Park LRT Station). \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective Team Player with the ability to liaise with management and colleagues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office. \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to multitask. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably to start work immediately
