Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assist in daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and transportation coordination Support inventory tracking, stock movements, and data entry in inventory systems Help prepare and update shipping documents, invoices, and delivery schedules Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Monitor order status and assist in resolving delivery or stock discrepancies Support continuous improvement projects in logistics and warehouse processes

Requirements:



Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or other related field Fresh Graduate or Under Graduate are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other MS Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with the team, stakeholder and potentially customers. Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Possess own transport and be willing to travel would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
