Job Duties

Internship Project:
Procurement Savings and Process ImprovementProject Purpose:
To reduce the number of send-out operations through changing components into turnkey parts to improve efficiency, workload of send-out-team. At the same time to improve our send-out process while mapping the existing FOSO processes for training and audit purposes.
Project Objective:
To reduce send-out operations by 20% so as to reduce improve manpower efficiency
Deliverables:
To convert high running farmout parts into turnkey parts To create 2 work methods on FOSO team and indoctrinate the FOSO team
