Job Summary:

Your role involves providing support for the organization\'s procurement and inventory management functions. Your main responsibilities include assisting in the procurement process for goods and services, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory levels. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various parties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
  • Basic understanding of procurement and inventory management principles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal (Bahasa Malaysia and English).
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Working Conditions
  • The role may involve occasional lifting and handling of inventory items
  • Flexible working hours may be required to meet project requirements, urgent procurement needs and communication with international suppliers.
