to support project operations through efficient purchasing, material coordination, and delivery management. You'll play a key role in ensuring the right materials reach the right place -- on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and issue
Purchase Orders (POs)
and ensure timely follow-up on delivery status.
Support supplier evaluation, price comparison, and documentation for approval.
Coordinate with internal teams (Project, Engineering, QS) to ensure material specifications and project requirements are met.
Coordinate and monitor
local & international shipments
, including import/export and customs clearance.
Liaise with
suppliers, transporters, and project teams
to ensure timely material delivery.
Prepare and manage all
delivery and shipping documents
(DO, Packing List, etc.).
Track delivery progress and maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
Support
procurement tasks
-- request quotations, issue Purchase Orders, and follow up with vendors.
Assist with
warehouse coordination
and ensure proper material handling on site.
Work closely with internal departments to resolve any logistics or delivery issues.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in
Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration
, or related field.
2-3 years of experience
in procurement and logistics coordination, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
(Construction Industry)
Familiar with
import/export process, freight arrangement, and Incoterms
.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
experience with SQL system
is an advantage.
