Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience (preferably in frozen food/FMCG).
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Mandarin speaker preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers ).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipment and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance.
• Monitor stock movement, inventory accuracy, and cold chain compliance.
• Control logistics cost and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare shipment and logistics performance reports.
