Working with Internal and External parties with various demands, terms and policy.
Lead the execution of the Procurement of Goods and Services and Monitor Deliveries requiring excellent team work and staff efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate Suppliers and Contractors Performance to ensure Reliability and Quality.
Minimizing Cost of Inventory while ensuring Smooth operation in production.
Minimize the Risk in Service and Purchase Contracts and maximize all opportunities.
Provide Accurate and Reliable Recommendation for Senior Management decision.
Be Accountable for Departmental actions and decision taken are in compliance and consistence with Regulations and Policies set forth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be responsible for the all procurement activities (Metal, Non Metal and Import Logistics)
To develop and formulate strategies on commodities and non-commodities procurement in line with company's objective and focus.
To minimize risk exposure in supply and service contracts and maximize opportunities in operations through supplier management.
To ensure that goods and services are supplied on time via acceptable terms and conditions.
Lead a Team of Professionals to maximize all potential situations.
To lead and to ensure all purchases are manage via best practices according to Corporate, Company and Government Policies and to the best interest of the company and its stakeholders
Ensure that materials / projects are purchase at the right price, within budgeted amount and delivered as and when is required.
Ensure that all commercial issues relating to procurement are within Company and Government Rules and Procedures
Provides Accurate Monthly and Annual Purchasing Estimates to Account
Ensure that Import Logistics are well in place and efficient.
Continuous evaluation and monitoring of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are identified.
Having price comparison and multi-source of potential and reliable suppliers and contractors.
Monitoring all related documents are approved and incompliance accordingly
Constant communication with Production
Planning and Monitoring of Commodity Markets
Continue to monitor cost and delivery performances
Ensure that information that is up-to-date, reflecting emerging and predicted trends
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate
Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Management, Operation Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
