Develop and implement Procurement Strategies that align with Global Procurement objectives and priorities. Drive procurement team to meet Global Procurement KPI, Procurement Compliance and Internal Customer Needs. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and specifications, ensuring timely procurement of goods. Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal requirements and company policies, while managing risks associated with the supply chain. Recruit, train, and manage lead procurement staffs, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment to meet current and future business needs. May lead supply chain strategy development and implementation to ensure best cost, optimal inventory, assurance of supply, and materials product generation support for a business.

Qualifications

Bachelors' or Masters' Degree or equivalent. Typically, 10 years of relevant working experience. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment. Effective collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills.
