Your new role:
The procurement operations manager is responsible to lead, drive and support process alignment and improvement, lead and drive procurement digitization and innovation, lead business SC Sustainability, enforce governance and compliance. The role will need to ensure effective vendor and end user engagement and management, develop and build procurement resources and capabilities to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will be responsible to:

• Efficient Procurement PR, PO, expediting Management.
• Liaise with appropriate procurement lead to confirm prices to supplies.
• Coordinate freight arrangements
• Submit accurate reports as per agreed reporting schedule.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers and suppliers.
• Manage procurement master data creation based on regional guidelines and (part numbers and new vendors)
• Support audit and drive Sustainable Supply Chain efforts and requirements.
• Own the resolution of issues identified, escalate as per defined path, follow up and close issues in timely manner.
• Active support to continues improvement plan (systems and processes)
• Carry out duties as and when directed by the management.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor\'s degree from Business or Technical Fields
• Min. 5 years in transactional and procurement activities.
• ERP System proficient
• Process Improvement Experience
• Procurement & Supply chain Professional certificate
• A higher Management Qualification
• Transactional purchasing management experience in foreign invested production company
• Proven operational experience (expediting, logistic arrangements etc.)
• Led sustainable supply chain initiatives.
• Process Orientated
• ERP System Savvy
