Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM is looking for a people manager with an experience in client facing account management, with fluent English language skills, to support its prestigious Client from the Semi-conductor industry, headquartered in the USA as Operations Buyer.
The Procurement Operations Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the procurement services team in support of clients' indirect procurement processes. You have responsibility for the management of the client's procurement processes and all of the deliverables therein. You have overall responsibility for running the delivery and all operations on behalf of IBM's clients. You are also responsible for the end-to-end people management of the team, from screening of candidates and interviewing, to hiring, performance- and talent management.
