Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services from local and international suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement in line with company policies and budget.
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best pricing.
Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documentation.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Work closely with internal departments to forecast needs and avoid supply shortages or overstocking.
Monitor and manage supplier relationships, including resolving any issues related to delivery or quality.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and new products.
Participate in regular audits to ensure procurement procedures are being followed.
Job Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing-related roles.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an added advantage.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
