Job Description
Source and Vendor Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers to ensure the company\'s procurement needs are met effectively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to foster strong partnerships. Procurement Process:
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on approved requests.
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements that align with the company\'s goals.
- Manage contracts with suppliers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality requirements for purchased goods or services and ensure that suppliers meet these standards.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supplies.
- Stay updated with market trends, price fluctuations, and industry developments to make informed procurement decisions.
- Provide regular reports on procurement activities, spending, and cost savings to management.

- Bukit Rimau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Retail / F&B Industries: 3 years (Preferred)
- Procurement: 3 years (Preferred)
