-Create and implement a plan for the relevant category.

-Relationship management with suppliers

-Management & compliance, negotiation of contracts

-Analyze, keep an eye on, and manage the market trends, index fluctuations, and material cost drivers

-Create, carry out, and maintain a risk reduction strategy.

-Keep track of any changes to the laws governing the import, handling, storage, or transportation of the relevant category.

-Boost ecologically friendly and sustainable sourcing

-To perform supplier inspections

-Together with the procurement operations team, confirm and approve the purchase price of the relevant material.

-Recognize all important capital projects and provide strategies for getting them correctly for the company.

-To be able to find the appropriate vendors or providers with the necessary competencies

-Development of critical expertise vendors and suppliers.
Requirements

-Holds a Bachlors Degree

in
Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical &

Electronics Engineering (Honors is preferred).

-At least 5 years of working experience in
Procuring and Contracting Major Capital Expenditure projects and
Maintenance and Repair expenditure

-Professional certificate in procurement and supply chain

-Procurement expertise in a manufacturing company with foreign investment

-proven expertise in strategic sourcing

-Demonstrates expertise in category management

-Ability to clearly communicate any procurement position and achieve the best possible outcome for the business

-Background in negotiating and procuring, ability and willingness to understand company processes
