Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • To source products, request quotations and samples and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
  • Establishment of vendor pools for direct and indirect procurement.
  • Responsible for frame bidding or project bidding.
  • Fulfill resources during peak season, and major festivals (New Year, Christmas, 11.11 sales day etc).
  • Assist with vendor management and cooperation issues between suppliers and operations.
  • Prepare cost estimation & manage budget.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistic, Business Admin or other related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field.
  • Prefer candidates who can read, speak and write in Mandarin as the position needs to communicate with HQ China.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice will be taken advantage.
  • Knowledge of express delivery is an advantage
  • Willing to travel around Klang Valley.
  • Must be able to work at Puchong/Subang Jaya
