Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and understand project requirements and operational needs.
Support project manager during system implementation.
To advise customers and provide functional consulting.
Keep proper documentation of detailed specifications and solution enhancements.
Gather and understand customers\xc2\xb4 objectives, processes and products as well as make recommendations.
Act as main support to internal business units and external parties for the in-charge Product.
Coordinate and communicate with developer and designer on requirements and system implementation.
Develop and maintain updated and complete requirements documentation.
Any ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

At least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of experience in a product analyst/Business Analyst role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess good time-management skills with ability to prioritise & deliver assigned tasks.
Able to work on multiple projects independently with minimum supervision.
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
