An established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, this company plays a critical role in delivering high-quality electronic products to global markets. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, they are seeking a Product Design Engineer to lead product development from concept to production.
:
- Lead product design from concept to prototype, using CAD to ensure feasibility and innovation.
- Manage prototyping, material selection, testing, and design validation.
- Conduct DFMEA to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee component approval, supplier coordination, and quality compliance.
- Support ODM/JDM collaborations, providing technical guidance and design integration.
- Resolve design issues, optimize solutions, and document improvements.
- Assist verification/validation activities to ensure regulatory and performance compliance.
- Create and manage BOMs, track costs, and support production planning.
- Conduct FTO analyses to mitigate IP risks.
- Collaborate with external partners to drive innovative concept development.
- At least 2 years in product development
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
