Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Create planning and design resources such as personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups.
• Test designs with internal and external users and work iteratively to enhance the product.
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables).
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Conduct ongoing user research and testing to incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to continuously enhance user experience.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years' work experience with background in design consulting.
• A strong online design portfolio with examples of web and mobile applications.
• Proven ability to define new approaches to complex design problems and convey solutions in the form of wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, presentations, click-through prototypes and design specifications.
• Process driven with strong interaction design skills, careful attention to detail and a deep understanding of user centered design principles.
• Deep understanding of design standards for web and mobile (e.g. Google Material design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines).
