To propose and study on overall Sales Strategy plan of the product (including product feature, variant, price, color) to be introduced, according to the overall new models schedule.
Working closely with cross-functional teams from engineering, purchasing, marketing, sales, and finance to align product development with product & business strategy.
Working closely with Research & Development team from regional office (Thailand/Indonesia/Japan) for product development plan and execute the necessary plan internally.
Defining detailed product requirements and specifications based on market research and feedback.
Translating customer needs and market insights into clear and actionable product features, functionalities, and design requirements.
Ensuring new models comply with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and certifications applicable to the industry and target markets.
2. Product Research & Analysis
To gather market intelligence including market outlook, industry data, competitor analysis, customer behavior, and structure.
Conducting and study the market research to gather the necessary information for product and project development.
Develop product marketing proposal in line with project objective and target.
3. Others
Perform related duties as assigned or as assigned or as the situation dictates
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Admin / International Business / Project Management
Years of Experience: At least 2 years of related working experience
Good communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia
Computer Literate with knowledge of MS Office (Intermediate level & above - Power Point & Excel)
Good Presentation skills and analytical ability
