Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an intern to assist in delivering new product development -- from documenting requirement, pricing, communication and coordinating stakeholders. This role support product development managers to ensure timely and high-impact product delivery.

The ideal candidate should have positive attributes, fast learners and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Support product managers in data validation, documentation, pricing configuration and other assorted tasks. Work closely with product and IT team to review user journey, UI/UX, copy writing and web/app content. Document product requirements, release note, features, SOP etc Conduct user acceptance test of products and follow through proposed bug fix, copy writing error and outdated content. Support internal team to maintain web/app content and pricing display to ensure updates and changes are consistent across multiple platforms.
Requirement:

Diploma in Business, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Strong analytical, attention to detail and execution skills Fast learner and able to adapt to changing environment. Mature, independent and has ability to work with minimal supervision Intermediate proficiency in excel Good command of English
